Service Description
This course is for company-sponsored cdl training for employees. A Certified Insured Training provider travels onsite to company locations and delivers behind the wheel training with company supplied vehicles. CDL testing will be scheduled at the nearest certified test site. The 5-day course is for employees familiar with companies' vehicles operation beforehand. PLEASE EMAIL FOR ESTIMATES. WE HAVE VENDOR SECURITY CLEARANCES FOR MULTIPLE GOVERNMENT AGENCY SITES. Theory class and (BTW) Behind-the-Wheel training as defined in 383.91 (a)(1) for Class A and 383.91(a)(2) for Class B permit holders. We offer Online ELDT Theory Courses for General Knowledge Class A & B (B to A upgrade), Passenger, and Hazmat. Please check our links. (BTW) Behind-the-Wheel Range training covers: Modernized or Standard Version Vehicle Inspection Pre-Trip/Enroute/Post-Trip (GOAL) Get Out and Look Parking Skills: Forward Stop Straight Line Backing Forward Offset Tracking Reverse Offset Backing Parallel Parking Blind side & Sight Side Uncoupling & Uncoupling Clock hours and proficiency in skills are recorded for each trainee. (BTW) Behind-the-Wheel Public Road training covers: One-on-One active communication between Trainer & Trainee as required in 380.605: Vehicle Controls Shifting/Transmission Communications/Signaling Visual Search Speed & Space Management Safe Driver Behavior Hours of Service (HOS) Hazard Perception Railroad Crossings Emergency Pull-Off Night Operations Extreme Driving Conditions Skid Control/Recovery, Jackknifing, & other Emergencies Clock hours and proficiency are recorded for each trainee. Record of BTW for trainee is submitted to FMCSA after driver completes training. Trainee now qualifies to take the driver test at a CDL test site. Price includes custom trainee training manuals for specific CDL Class and Endorsements, all necessary driver evaluation forms, and the copy of ELDT Driver Permit Training Certificate. TRAVEL TO ONSITE COMPANY SITE IS ADDITIONAL FEE OUTSIDE OF BREVARD COUNTY. CDL TEST FEE IS ADDITIONAL AND PAID TO CERTIFIED TESTING SITE BY TESTER. Please have the following at your location or nearby: An area 260' x 40' preferably paved for parking skills and pre-trip training. Your Company Vehicle: Be Road Worthy Current DOT annual inspection paperwork (unless exempt) Current Registration & Insurance paperwork for Truck & Trailer (unless exempt) Current Insurance Card
Cancellation Policy
Please email within 30 days to your scheduled dates to reschedule. No refunds for cancellations or missed sessions. Authorized personnel and trainee must review, and sign emailed policy from trainer and payment will be paid in full to secure training dates. Any trainee or their representative company not adhering to driver and/or vehicle safety and compliance as outlined from FMCSA, D.O.T., and associated state regulations will not be approved by Rowland Diesel LLC Trainers to be eligible for CDL Testing. No refunds will be given. We have proven methods to reproduce consistent pass rates for drivers. Our one-on-one training produces faster results and confidence for testing since the trainer focuses solely on the trainee, allowing for real-time for correction, motivation, and adjustments. Please be noted it is still the responsibly of the trainee to stay focus to pass his or her CDL Test. We do not offer a guarantee or refund if trainee does not pass their CDL Test.
